As a knowledge based organisation, a primary role of BHF is the dissemination of information to four groups of key industry stakeholders, namely; 1) Medical Schemes and Administrators; 2) Medical Scheme Members and Consumers; 3) Regulatory Authorities and relevant Government Departments; and 4) Business and Labour Organisations.
